Spiritual Adoption Program - Begin praying for an unborn baby
Everyone loves the beauty and innocence of a baby. As an expression of that love, we will begin a program where you can spiritually adopt a newly conceived baby on October 25-26.
Not all babies are allowed to be born, In fact, more than 1700 babies lose their lives to abortion each day in the United States. It is these babies you are being asked to “adopt.” -

You may adopt a child individually or as a family by simply picking up a prayer card after Mass. You are asked to pray the prayer on the back of the card for the unborn child daily for nine months.
You can name the child for whom you are praying, giving the baby the humanity he or she deserves. There will be monthly reports in the bulletin describing your baby’s development.
There are millions of unborn babies desperately in need of your prayers. Won’t you please spiritually adopt one and share the love for life that God has given you?

October Poor Box: Mom’s House Phoenixville
Mom’s House is a unique and loving support system for single parents and their children that offers free state-licensed childcare for infants through pre-school so low-income, single parents can have the opportunity to complete their education. Since its founding in 1987, Mom’s House has served over 350 single parents and over 420 children. Without the free childcare they offer, these parents would not be able to return to school and break the cycle of poverty.
In early 2024, Mom’s House moved to a new and larger facility where they will be able to almost double the number of children they currently can care for. This growth and expansion has almost doubled their operating expenses. It runs its programs solely on community donations and foundation grants.

We are excited to be introducing our Parish to this amazing ministry and ask for your prayers and generous donations in support of their critical ministry in our community.
